Delivery information
General Delivery Information
We deliver all products across mainland Europe. Smaller items are shipped as parcel deliveries, while larger products such as wooden structures, frames, or carports are delivered by freight transport. Delivery method depends on product size, supplier and destination region.
Delivery Times
Please refer to the delivery time stated at each product. Delivery times vary depending on product type, supplier and destination region.
Small and medium items are typically delivered within 2–6 business days.
Large structures are delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on logistics and warehouse handling.
Custom-made products may require additional production time. Please refer to the delivery times stated in the product descriptions.
Our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Truck Access Requirements
Large products are delivered using a 40-ton truck.
The customer must ensure that the delivery location is safely accessible for heavy transport.
If the truck cannot reach the exact address due to narrow roads, weight limits, unsafe surfaces, or other restrictions, delivery will be made to the closest accessible location.
Offloading Responsibilities
For large deliveries, the customer is responsible for offloading the goods.
The driver does not unload the shipment. Up to 60 minutes of waiting time is included in the delivery price. If offloading exceeds 60 minutes, additional fees may apply.
You must have suitable equipment or assistance ready (such as forklift, loader, or manpower). If you are unsure about what equipment to use for offloading, please contact our store to get more information.
Failed Delivery Policy
A delivery may fail if the address is not accessible, the customer is not present at the agreed time, or suitable offloading equipment is not available. If a delivery cannot be completed, the shipment may be returned to the warehouse and a re-delivery fee will apply. Depending on how long the goods must be held, storage fees may also be charged.
We strongly recommend verifying delivery access and ensuring that all necessary offloading equipment is prepared before the delivery date.
Important Notes for Large Deliveries
Large shipments may consist of long or heavy packages weighing between 200–2000 kg. Packages cannot be opened before offloading.
Weather conditions and remote delivery areas may affect delivery timing.
Multiple packages may arrive separately depending on the supplier.
