Summer House Külli is a compact wooden garden building designed for comfortable outdoor living. The front of the building is equipped with large sliding glass doors that protect the interior from wind, rain, and snow while still allowing the space to open widely toward the terrace on warm days. A practical side storage area provides convenient space for garden tools, firewood, or other outdoor equipment, making this wooden summer house both functional and inviting for everyday garden use.
The Summer House Külli is a compact wooden garden building designed to combine a small leisure space with practical outdoor storage. Its modest footprint makes it well suited for gardens where both a relaxing outdoor room and a dedicated storage area are needed within a single structure.
The building integrates a bright glass-front garden room with a separate side storage section, allowing everyday garden equipment, firewood or tools to be kept neatly organized without taking space from the main leisure area.
Thanks to this practical combination of relaxation space and storage, the Summer House Külli becomes a functional addition to the garden while maintaining a clean and simple architectural appearance.
The Summer House Külli has overall exterior dimensions of 5 × 3.2 m, creating a compact garden building with a total area of approximately 16 m². The structure is divided into two functional sections: a main garden room measuring 3.5 × 3.2 m and a separate storage area measuring 1.5 × 3.2 m.
The front wall of the leisure space is equipped with sliding glass doors that allow the interior to remain bright while protecting the space from wind, rain and snow. During warm weather the sliding system allows up to two-thirds of the glass wall to be opened, creating a more open connection with the terrace area.
The storage section is located on the side of the building and provides practical space for keeping garden tools, firewood, barbecue equipment or other outdoor items neatly organized.
The structural base frame of the Summer House Külli is built from impregnated timber, providing durable protection against ground moisture and outdoor conditions. Floors are finished with brown 28 × 120 mm terrace boards that create a strong and practical surface suitable for garden environments.
Main support posts and load-bearing beams are constructed from 140 × 140 mm laminated timber, while the remaining structural elements are made from C24 strength-graded planed timber to ensure a stable and long-lasting construction.
Exterior walls and roof surfaces are finished with UYV profile cladding boards (18/21 × 145 mm). The roof is covered with Ruukki T20 trapezoidal steel roofing in a suitable colour, with the option to order alternative roofing materials if desired.
The Summer House Külli is particularly suited for gardens where both relaxation space and practical storage are needed within a single compact building. The main garden room creates a comfortable place for enjoying coffee, reading, or spending quiet time outdoors while remaining protected from changing weather.
The integrated side storage area adds everyday practicality by providing a dedicated space for keeping garden tools, barbecue equipment, firewood, bicycles, or seasonal items organized and out of sight.
This combination of leisure space and storage makes the Summer House Külli a practical solution for smaller gardens or summer properties where maximizing functionality without increasing building size is important.
The Summer House Külli can be customized to suit different garden styles and personal preferences. The wooden structure can be finished in colours from the full RAL colour catalogue, allowing the building to match surrounding houses, terraces or landscape elements.
The roof colour can be selected to complement the overall appearance of the building, and alternative roofing materials can also be chosen instead of the standard Ruukki T20 trapezoidal steel roofing.
The insulated glass sliding doors can be ordered with tinted glass to provide additional privacy and reduce direct sunlight inside the garden room. The colour of the aluminium frames and sliding rail components can also be selected from the RAL colour catalogue to visually match the wooden structure.
An additional terrace can be added to extend the usable outdoor area around the building. For increased comfort, the Summer House Külli can also be ordered in an insulated version suitable for year-round use.
